While booking a tour with me you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms affect your rights to sue, governing law, forum and jurisdition. Please be sure to carefully read these terms and make sure you understand your rights and obligations. I strongly recommend you purchase travel protection.
No deposit is due at the time of reservation, in any case cancellation received 5 days prior to the start of the tour, corresponds to full charge.
Expecially for walking and biking tour, you must advise me in writing of any phisical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the tour or may require the use of special equipment. If you fail to disclose any such conditions, I or my colleagues, may refuse to allow you to take part to the tour, in such a case we shall have no liability, financial or otherwise.
I’m not responsable for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during the tour. Under no circumstances I’m responsable for the quality of medical care, or lack of thereof, you may receive while on tour. I recommend the purchase of a travel protection plan, which protects your belongings and you from those unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during a tour.
My responsability is strictly limited. As a tour guide I co-work with drivers, bike rentals, farms, restaurants and other local bodies – which you will always pay separately -. Remember I’m not a travel agent. They are all indipendent and I am not responsable for any negligent or willful act of failure to act of any of them or of any third part. By utilizing the services of other suppliers, you agree that you look to such suppliers for any accident, injury, property demage or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither me nor other colleagues of mine shall be liable. Without limitation, I’m not responsable for any injury, loss, or demage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection of the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from – but not limited to – acts of force majeure, act of war, or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, striks or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities af any kind or other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of us.
I reserve the right to take photo, video or film records of any of my tours, including guests, and to use any of those records for promotional or commercial purposes.
This relationship shall be governed by the laws of Italy.
